Requirements: 
Your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is comprised of 17 professionally narrated and interactive eLearning lessons accompanied by 17 ten-question interactive quizzes and a certification exam. Below are your certification requirements:

  1. Review all 17 eLearning Lessons
  2. Pass all 17 Quizzes (10 questions, unlimited attempts)
  3. Pass Each DMAIC Phase Test (20 questions, 80% to pass, unlimited attempts, 30 min.)
  4. Pass the Final Certification Exam (150 questions, 80% to pass, 2 attempts, 2.5 hours)

Students who choose one of our Black Belt mentors will receive dedicated attention and 1:1 coaching from a truly professional and successful Black Belt. You should expect the following services from your Black Belt Mentor:

  • Three hours per week (these are times your Black Belt makes themselves available for your inquiries)
  • Occasional Group Instruction via conference call and web sharing

  • Project input and project submission grading
  • Project Tollgate (5 hours)

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Upon certification, you will have access to a custom certification letter and certificate indicating your new status as a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. The letter will include your name, course name, date, certification serial number as well as the number of continuing education units or equivalent professional development units earned as a part of your certification.
